Hurry! Hurry! Step Right up, Folks! - Hispanic Speakers Bureau Showcases Circus Life Motivational Keynote

Amidst growing interest in circus life this week from the movie premiere of "Water for Elephants," Latino Speakers, the nation’s oldest Hispanic speakers bureau reports the launch of one of the most interesting keynotes to hit the international motivational circuit today, “Giant Lessons: The Story of Jake, the Giant,” by Dr. Andy Erlich.

Bilingual keynote speaker, Dr. Andrew “Andy” Erlich, is a renowned clinical psychologist with decades of work in multiculturalism keynotes, emotional intelligence training, stress management programs, and diversity presentations. His inspirational multimedia keynote has led him to professional and student forums, health care professional events, nonprofit conferences working with disabilities, educators working with special children as well as keynotes for autism advocates, caregivers, professionals, and parents. He has been a featured speaker at Best Keynotes and Latino Speakers, lauded for his outstanding contribution to Hispanic culture keynote speaking.

Lessons learned from a true life Texan giant, Jake’s personal journey from the perceptions of his time to world of the circus, fame, and success are the platform of the latest keynote by Andy Erlich, captivating audiences with the world of Barnum & Bailey and silent films and the meaning of diversity from the perspective of a man who stood taller than others. The motivational keynote includes footage of some of Erlich's silent films, vintage photographs, footage from a PBS documentary, and a life-size portrait of Jake Erlich, also a painter, poet, and author of "The Long Shadows."

Jake, the Giant”, is available in inspirational keynote as “Freeing the Giant,” as well as the program, “Special Needs, Special Kids,” where Dr. Andy offers practical parenting support for Hispanic parents of autistic youth, and Latino children with disabilities and special needs. With a warm, insightful, and caring perspective, Dr. Andy Erlich uses the remarkable story of the real life giant, his Uncle Jake to discuss perceptions of differences in our society. He explores psychological topics such as the strengths in Latino culture and their importance; the role of anxiety in parents and children, and the all important power of resiliency. This program also discusses topics of behavior, mental and emotional health needs, including challenging behaviors and the role of positive reinforcements.
